Loders Croklaan Lipid Nutrition has added two new marine based omega 3 fatty acid products to its Marinol™ line. Marinol D-40 Oil and Marinol DHA powder are currently available in the U.S. for a variety of food applications, including bread, biscuits and other bakery applications. Since they will not interfere with taste profiles, the oil products can also be added to wet sauce formulations, salad dressings, milk and wet soup applications.
